Logan and Cameron work hard to feed, water, bed, and care for the hens, then they collect the eggs in all temps, as well as package them for market. They earn a portion of the money for their labor. Teaching kids at a young age the value of money, and value of work teaches them the reward of their efforts. I was taught this way, and I enjoy what I do. While some jobs are a bit of a chore, they are part of the whole. Luckily not all the not so fun jobs like cleaning the coops are needing to be done daily. But they are part of the whole.
