Beef shank is in 2 sizes. Either approximately 3 lbs, or 10 pounds total.

They are precut through the bone on one side.

Do as a rotisserie, or roast in the oven or grill. If you want it smaller, take a roast or 2 off and refreeze them to use later. As a roast they would be called Round Roast, or arm roast.
