There is estimated 70-80 lbs per half.

Ham, hocks, and bacon, all smoked, Nitrate free recipe (about 22-25+ lbs)
Shoulder steaks or roasts (about 10-12 lbs)
Lard (half as much as on a pure manglaitsa)
Bones (about 3-5 lbs)
