Description
The Porterhouse steak is comprised of 2 parts, the Tenderloin, and the NY strip as one steak with the “T” bone between. The Porterhouse is the large end of the T-bone. We don’t separate them out, and all are labeled the same. These are quite tasty. Try it!
SIZE: we cut our steaks 3/4″ to get a steak .75-1.5 lbs each.
For thicker cut T-Bone or Porterhouse steaks, please order ahead.
