Beef Tallow

Primarily available as “organ fat” also known as leaf lard, the fat is located inside the animal and had a dense and bumpy surface. It’s very clean, and has almost no meat trim on it.

**Limited Supply** Call for availability. Beef Tallow, also known as Suet, is a natural fat used for everything from frying, to making lard for use in making soap or as for making bird feed for winter. Using fat that is from grassfed beef gives you a good balance of the fatty acids our body needs to thrive. It is minimally processed, because it is simply melted. No chemicalization needed.
Some will slice it, heat, and eat. Fry fish or home made french fries in beef tallow like the restaurants do. Natural foods are great!
