Pastured Chicken Soup packs are available as bone-in skin-on. They will make 1/2-1 gallon of nicely gelled stock. there is 2 or 3 backs per pack. Stove top or crock pot it. in a short time you can have fresh made pastured chicken stock.

TIP: freeze your extra stock in 1-2 cup portions once cooled for use in later dishes. The fat on top is called “chicken butter”. Save that for many uses in Christina’s recommended recipes!
