***ADDED DATE*** Due to high demand, we are booking extra dates for 1/4 cow. you may order 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, whole beef. Reserve is $200 PER quarter. This is your commitment and guarantee on delivery. It will be ready to pick up on Dec 11. We will expect you to be ready for your beef by Dec 8. In the case that beef is ready a couple days sooner.
If you wish to have items outside our standard cut, please contact us by the day before the slaughter date.
